What is a snuffle mat?

A snuffle mat is an interactive feeding mat designed to engage a dog's sense of smell and natural foraging instincts. It is made of fabric strips where you can hide treats or kibble, encouraging dogs to sniff and search for their food.

How does a snuffle mat benefit my dog?

Snuffle mats provide mental stimulation, reduce boredom, and slow down fast eaters. They can help dogs calm down and alleviate anxiety. In addition, they can improve cognitive function for senior dogs.

When dogs sniff, their heart rate lowers, which is a physical indication of calming down. Since sniffing is a dog’s primary sensory, intense sniffing can engage 1/8 of their brain. Sniffing and searching connect dogs to their natural foraging instinct, satisfying their instinctive needs. When their needs are met, they are happy pups.

Is the snuffle mat durable and safe for my dog?

Yes, our snuffle mats are made from pet-safe, non-toxic materials designed to withstand regular snuffling. However, the snuffle mat is NOT tear proof. It is important to supervise your dog during playtime to ensure they do not rip or ingest any parts of the mat.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What mail carrier do you use?

We work with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
