I purchased this snuffle mat for my daughter’s dog, Aria, and it has been such a blessing. My daughter, her husband, and their kids travel often, and whenever they’re away, Aria stays with me. Doggo loves to get his sniff on with this at dinner time. He is meticulous and gets every last kibble. Takes him a good 10-15 minutes.
Our 18-pound dog Tulip eats too fast! Our vet recommended we try puzzle feeders or snuffle mat and this one is by far our favorite! The fleece is really soft and plush and it's deeper than most mats so it's more of a challenge for Tulip to find her kibble or treats. She gets a great mental workout using it and it slows down her mealtime. Also, the bottom has a no-slip surface so it stays in place while your dog uses it. Oh, and it washes really well too. You and your dog will love it!
Item fell apart on the most delicate of washes and the felt parts come out easily while she gently looks for food in it. She did enjoy it though.
