Large Snuffle Mat by Golden Pup Enrichment

Bought this as an enrichment activity while my dog goes through heartworm treatment (on activity restrictions) and she loves it! Have only had it a couple weeks but seems durable and made of high quality material.

I bought the mat to engage my dog's natural foraging and sniffing instincts It's okay, it does hide the treats or food kibble but my dog found them quickly. I would say for a puppy this would be great! It's a good size which holds lots of treats or kibble. The colors are vibrant and it is very well made I haven't washed it yet but it looks like it will hold nicely. The mat does slide around and at times flipped over causing all the treats to come out. Now that my dog has figured out how to do that, he doesn't bother looking for the treats he goes right to flipping it. With that said, I do believe this would be good for puppies. I gave it three stars because color, size and it looks well made.

This is the perfect snuffle mat for all dogs, but it's especially great for large dogs. So many snuffle mats are so small they won't fit an entire meal. This one is the perfect size to fit an entire dinner in, which makes the activity last longer and the dog more tired when he's finished. Plus, it's high quality with a grippy bottom so it won't slide on the tile or wood floors. My golden loves it!

We got this for a dog, but our cats love it too. They are hyperactive and so we need to keep them busy all the time. We hid some kitten kibbles in this mat and they were having fun looking for them. Also the mat is not slippery and the suction works very well! Highly recommend!
